Log into your Millennium Games account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique RMA number.
Package Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact to prevent damage during transit.
Affix the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your package, then drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
